A little risky. You MUST be aboard by 3 pm. Any traffic delay, plane delay, ANY hiccup and you will be late.

I personally am not aware of fees at checkin other than the fact that you must either post a credit card to be used for all expenses while on board; except casino. If you don’t use credit card, you must post a cash deposit. I don’t use a debit card; in case of disputed charge it’s better to deal with cruise line or credit card company.
