You want to go for low tide time (2 hour window) around the low tide time so that you can walk through the rocks Best at high tide to kayak through the rocks

Yes, they offer shuttles from the office to the platform and then it is a short walk from there. Just ask them what time the last shuttle goes to bring you back up.

I believe there was an elevator access at this site. Most of our group used the stairs. You might want to check out their website to see if you can contact the park about wheelchair access.
