650 sq ft guest house/studio apt on a 1 acre! Full kitchen, laundry room, fenced back yard and patio with flat screen T.V, free WiFi, amazon fire stick, large bathroom, huge shower and closet space, queen bed, tons of parking, and very private. This is an ranch style guest house,not the Hilton. So please don’t expect it to be! It is a cozy and peaceful country stay on a little ranch in Vegas! We do have goats, chickens,ducks,and a dog on the property. Horses welcome!This is a completely separate detached guest house. It is on the far side of our property and we are in over an acre. You are welcome anywhere on the property. We have a pool that is located behind the main house about 100 yards from the cottage. It is completely fenced in and includes a diving board, dressing room, tiki bar, chairs, hammock, flat screen TV, bluetooth sound bar, rafts, basketball hoop, kids picnic table and an outdoor shower. Neither the pool no hot tub is heated but we do have a solar heating cover that helps keep it warmer.
