When visiting Maine, you have to see the country by water. We had a wonderful 2-hour cruise on the Olad. The water was calm, and my wife did not get seasick. We saw dolphins and a pair of Bald Eagles…Full review by Placido V

Had fabulous weather and GREAT Crew. Very personable and friendly. We saw a couple of porpoise, a bald eagle and a seal. We would highly recommend a trip on the Schooner OladFull review by Wendy L

Is the boat easily accessible for seniors
A:
My husband and I, both in our 70s, had no trouble. And the captain and crew are very helpful.

Yes. The weather was questionable the evening we went, but it cleared off beautifully before the cruise.

I would say yes if you had them in the area that you can sit down in. But if not I would say no. The schooner does list from side to side and I would not think that would work with a …

I would say yes if you had them in the area that you can sit down in. But if not I would say no. The schooner does list from side to side and I would not think that would work with a toddler. Of course I would have a life preserver on them at all times as well. In summer the cruses are pretty full and I think that would be hard to handle a little one. As a mother that is my thoughts.
