The bus comes to the end of its loop and then you have to get out and line up and wait (25 minutes in our case) for the next bus, so the driver can go to lunch. They couldn't just change drivers on t…Full review by Blu_Mikey
Why do you ask people to tip your drivers? Your prices are not low so why don’t you pay your drivers a living wage without needing tips? How much do you suggest for tips?

Sorry for late reply, we never tip the drivers on the hop on hop off buses
Is that correct, that you have to go to the main office to pick up tickets? Or can I buy a ticket at the zoo or on the bus itself? Thanks.

Hi. We bought our 48 hr ticket online and printed out the voucher. You can buy tickets on the bus at any stop but they don't have card payment facilities onboard, cash only. We saw people getting caught out by that! All buses change at the Suntec and it is there you exchange your printed voucher/ticket for a proper ticket with a booklet. It's literally 10 metres from the bus stop in Suntec. The brown route has stopped just in case you pick up an old map, the latest bus route was published April 2019. Big bus, Singapore 7 and City Sightseeing are the same company so you can use any on your ticket. We went down to Sentosa island, the bus is a single decker, but it was a waste of time unless you intend to go into the theme parks. We went for the view, big mistake! Hope this helps. Julie
Hi I have purchased tickets on line and have read I have to go to sun tec to get tickets exchanged. I will be staying in little India near stop 3 on red line, am I right in thinking I can get the bus returning to sun tec from stop 3? Regards
