Hello, We are visiting Guernsey next week ( will have car with us) and I forgot that we lose an hour for the check in at the ferry on the return journey. So we only have 3 hours to see a few things. Apart form the Castle could anyone recommend any other places to visit in our short time on the Island? Beaucette Marina etc? Many thanks

There is a nice sandy beach in cobo and a nice bar resturant there called the rockmount .Depending on the weather that could be a good day out.. also.. if you like candles theres the guernsey candle shop where you can make your own candles and theres a large gift shop there. We only had a few days spare to explore so.. that's what we did and had a good time

Hi - 10 minute walk along the causeway to the castle. Once inside the museums/cafe/firing of the cannon are nearby and relatively close together. The longer walk would be if you did a circular tour of the castle walls. Plenty of places to rest.
