Dogs on a leash are permitted. There's no one there to monitor activities and visitors are pretty much on the honor system. If your pup poops, please pick it up! Be advised though! There are rattlesnakes out there! They tend to come out at sunrise to warm up and then find shade to lay in. Keep your eyes open and listen for them when wondering around.
Q:
Does anyone know if dogs on a leash are allowed when walking the ruins?
A:
We saw people with dogs on leashes when we visited. It's an open, grassy area, so it shouldn't be a problem.
