We have 2 kiddos, who are excellent hikers, but we have limited time here. If we had to pick just 2 maybe 3 trials, which would you choose in order of most interesting?

We went to the top of the mountain. Many peteoglyphs along the way.
What is the length of the shortest trail to see the petroglyphs?
A:
I only went to the Boca Negra section of the park. The shortest trail starts right next to the restrooms and is only a couple hundred feet long in total. You see quite a few petroglyphs.
NOTE re: parking lot. If any chance you'll be late coming back! (sites open til dusk but parking closes at 4:30 or 5 depending which site) At Boca (4:30) and Rinconada (5), you can …
NOTE re: parking lot. If any chance you'll be late coming back! (sites open til dusk but parking closes at 4:30 or 5 depending which site) At Boca (4:30) and Rinconada (5), you can park outside the gates. They do threaten to tow if you are there after parking lot closing time. At Boca, the ranger actually headed down trail to retrieve some folks were were lagging. At Rincon, this week, gate was shut right at 5 so glad I parked outside. At Rincon there were 3 outside parking spaces. Marcadas is in a very residential area, per the park website you can park along the street but NOT the shopping mall.
