Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant first stepped out together in 2019. They worked together as early as 2011. Grant is a visual artist known for her text-based drawings, paintings, and sculptures. Grant and Reeves founded a publishing company together called X Artists' Books.

Grant stepped out in a bright-red gown with a deep neckline, styled with sparkly heels and a gold clutch. She accessorized minimally, letting the bold dress take the focus. Reeves opted for a tailored black suit.
