Former LSU teammates Angel Reese and Hailey Van Lith are officially reuniting in Chicago after the Sky selected Van Lith with the 11th overall pick of the 2025 WNBA Draft in New York City on Monday night.

Over the last couple of years, Chicago has been drafting extremely well. Reese and Lith are joined by Kamilla Cardoso and Ajsa Sivka as key young core pieces for the Sky. Chicago also brought in Maddy Westbeld, who could turn into a good piece down the road.

Hailey Van Lith is headed to the Chicago Sky as the No. 11 pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft, reuniting with her former LSU teammate Angel Reese. Chicago finished last season 13-27, placing third to last in the league despite standout rookie Reese leading the WNBA in rebounds per game with 13.1.
