The Falcons Wire on MSNFalcons to sign wide receiver DJ Chark, per reportThe Atlanta Falcons are expected to sign veteran wide receiver DJ Chark Jr., according to a report from Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network. The former second-round pick spent last season with the Los Angeles Chargers, appearing in seven games and recording four catches for 31 receiving yards and one touchdown.
A one-time member of the Carolina Panthers is now back in the NFC South. The rival Atlanta Falcons have added a very familiar face to its pass-catching corps.
Chark, who’s 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, played last season with the Chargers. He was drafted by the Jaguars in the second round of the 2018 NFL draft out of LSU.
