Two former Penn State football players are facing rape and assault charges following a reported incident involving two female victims, including a 17-year-old Penn State student, on the University Park campus.

Two former Penn State football players, who were removed from the university and team before the 2024 season, face felony charges of rape and sexual assault, according to court documents. Jameial Lyons and Kaveion Keys, who were charged with multiple felony counts, were arraigned Wednesday in State College.
