Michael Ward, the BAFTA-winning actor best known for his performance in "Top Boy," has been charged with several counts of sexual assault and rape following an investigation.

Immediately after prosecutors announced the charges, Olivia Bell Management, which represents Ward in the UK, told Deadline it had dropped the actor.
