Prosecutors say they now expect music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs could face a prison sentence "substantially higher" than the four-to-five years they once thought he was likely to face.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has asked the judge who is overseeing his case to acquit him or give him a new trial – before he has even been sentenced.

The court should adopt a narrow view of the Mann Act, the legal team states in a new filing, calling its application in Sean Combs’ circumstances “unprecedented.”
