ConocoPhillips (COP) has entered into an agreement to sell its interests in the Ursa and Europa Fields and Ursa Oil Pipeline Company to Shell

ConocoPhillips has agreed to sell two oilfields and a pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico to Shell subsidiaries for $735 million. The Houston oil giant said Friday that it would sell the Ursa and Europa fields as well as the Ursa Oil Pipeline Company to Shell Offshore and Shell Pipeline Company.

According to Bloomberg, there are at least four contenders to buy AMD's AI server assembly plants for as much as $4 billion, a much higher sum than initially thought. The report says the company may announce the deal already in the second quarter,
