Brandon Barash is saying goodbye to Days of Our Lives sooner than expected. In an interview with Soaps.com, Barash, 45, revealed that Oct. 28 would be his last episode as Stefan DiMera on the popular soap. Explaining that he got word he wouldn't be continuing to play the role seven months ago, Barash recalled the moment the news came.

Days of our Lives star Brandon Barash has exited the role of Stefan DiMera on the hit Peacock soap. Brandon was let go from the Days despite still being on contract with the show. This marks the second time Brandon has been let go from the role he took over from Tyler Christopher in 2018.

Days of Our Lives is set for another casting shake-up as Brandon Barash has been written out of the long-running soap opera, with his final episode slated to stream on Peacock on Monday, October 28.
