The measles outbreak that began in West Texas is still growing, with exposures possible as far away as San Marcos and San Antonio.

Warnings have also gone out to residents of San Marcos and New Braunfels due to visits from an infected person.

A measles outbreak in northwest Texas grew to 124 cases in nine counties on Tuesday, and health officials warned that residents in other parts of the state may have been exposed to the highly contagious respiratory illness.
