Ateba Gautier seeks his third knockout victory of the year. Multiple people with knowledge of the promotion's plans confirmed to MMA Fighting that Gautier is set to return to face Ozzy Diaz at UFC 320.

UFC CEO Dana White announced multiple fights for UFC 320, taking place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Ankalaev vs. Pereira 2 is the main event with Dvalishvili vs. Sandhagen serving as the chief support bout. White revealed a third fight for the event, a possible title eliminator between light heavyweights Jiri Prochazka and Khalil Rountree Jr.

For the first time since late 2023, Pereira will enter the Octagon as a challenger at the pay-per-view in Las Vegas on October 4. ‘Poatan’ was returned to that status this past March, when Magomed Ankalaev beat Pereira at UFC 313 to end the Brazilian’s violent reign on the light heavyweight throne.
