The Walmart worker who was found dead inside a walk-in oven at a store in Canada has been identified as Gursimran Kaur.

Amanda Moss, a spokesperson for Walmart Canada, said the company was deeply saddened by the employee's death. In a statement to CBS News, Moss said the store in question would remain closed until further notice to allow for further investigation and for employees to process the situation.

The 19-year-old Walmart employee who was found dead in the store’s walk-in oven in Canada was discovered by her mother, who also worked there, according to a community fundraiser for the family.
