The Los Angeles Dodgers received their glittering World Series rings in a pregame ceremony. Shohei Ohtani, Clayton Kershaw and manager Dave Roberts received some of the loudest cheers as they walked a blue carpet to a stage set up between home plate and the mound.

Prior to continuing their home-opening series against the Detroit Tigers on Friday night, the Los Angeles Dodgers received their 2024 World Series rings. The ceremony was highlighted by a massive eruption from the crowd as longtime ace Clayton Kershaw stepped out of the dugout to receive his jewelry.

The Dodgers entered Friday with a 3-0 record after sweeping the Japan Series against the Chicago Cubs and taking their home opener against the Detroit Tigers on Thursday. One member of the 2024 team who didn't receive his ring was Tigers starting pitcher Jack Flaherty, who was preparing to make his Tigers debut against his old team.
