Just hours after Tammy Meyers went down, the same police report shows, accused trigger man Erich Nowsch told two friends he had fired 22 times outside the Meyers house on Mount Shasta Circle.
She died on Saturday. Around 1 p.m. Thursday, police made an arrest in the case. Erich Nowsch, 19, faces one count each of first-degree murder, attempted murder and discharging a gun into a vehicle.
