Google has released version 2.8 of its popular programming language Dart along with version 1.7 of Flutter, its UI framework for building iOS, Android, Fuchsia, and desktop apps.

Flutter 1.9 includes Google's take on the iOS 13 draggable scrollbar, which can be activated with a long press on the scrollbar or by dragging in from the right of the scrollbar.
