It's easy to add page numbers, headers, footers, title pages and a table of contents to your Word documents. You just have to know where to look.
If you run into a conditional header or footer request that you can't handle, take a look at Word fields. They're not magic, but it kind of feels like magic when they do what you want.
First, to control the height of the header row, do the following: Select the header row. Right-click the selection and choose Table Properties from the resulting context menu. Click the Row tab.
