Bill Hader ‘s time working for a movie theater clearly wasn’t going to be everlasting. The Emmy winner recalled on a recent episode of Netflix’s Everybody’s Live With John Mulaney the time he got fired from his cinema job “for ruining the end of Titanic ” for a group of sorority girls.

When thinking of the iconic filmTitanic, Bill Hader doesn’t immediately rank in association with the James Cameron masterpiece. Funnily enough, though, the Saturday Night Live alum has a pretty hilarious connection to it because it's the reason he got canned from his ticket-taking duties at his local cinema.

Many comedians have a funny story about getting fired, and Bill Hader has a great one. The star was once let go from a cinema job after spoiling the ending of Titanic. Of course, most people know already how Titanic ends.
