In a March 7 episode of Davis’ podcast “Are You a Charlotte?” the actor opened up about a scene she couldn’t quite swallow — no pun intended.

Kristin Davis didn’t love every drama the Sex and The City writers threw at her character Charlotte York. The actress, 60, admitted on the Thursday, March 13 episode of her podcast “Are You a Charlotte?” that there was one plot she didn’t want to film.

"But then, in the way that it played out, in terms of Miranda getting pregnant by mistake, deciding to have the baby with Steve, Charlotte not being able to get pregnant with her super-adorable husband — that was the whole purpose of getting married — it really worked out so perfectly."
