In Florida, the guide reviews restaurants in Miami, Orlando and Tampa for inclusion in the list. At this time, no Tampa restaurants were added. The Orlando restaurants added to the list are Coro (contemporary cuisine); Sorekara (Japanese); Unigirl (Japanese); and Omo by Jont (contemporary).

Michelin has added six Miami restaurants to its 2025 Florida guide. The global hospitality guidebook unveiled its statewide selections on Jan. 15, following evaluations by Michelin Guide Inspectors.

Six brand new Miami restaurants have been added to the Florida Michelin list, ranging in cuisines from Portuguese to Italian.
