Notepad saves a file in .txt format. By using Print to PDF and Save As options, you can save it as PDF and HTML in Windows 11/10.

It’s not the most useful tool since you can’t easily save your work, but this single line of HTML5 code certainly is clever. Finally, an editor so simple even Snoopy won't get distracted.

Notepad++ is also open source software, so if you have the technical know-how, you can examine the source code and make whatever changes you want to it, provided you don’t charge for it.
