SAN ANTONIO - One person is dead, another has been arrested, and a third is on the run after an alleged drunk driving crash.

The Seventh Street stop sign debate isn't over. Now the city of Bloomington says it will re-install controversial all-way stop signs along the street that has a protected bike lane on one side.

To combat speeding, the city has introduced new stop signs to form safer driving habits and improve public safety.
