Did the Washington Commanders just call Terry McLaurin's bluff? Did 'Scary Terry' just fold? The week-long lone absence was all about a player who is their best offensive weapon in the arsenal of quarterback Jayden Daniels.

McLaurin, 29, is in the final year of a three-year, $68.3 million deal that places him 17th among wide receivers in terms of average annual value. He had held out the first four days of camp, shortly after he expressed frustration with the lack of progress on a new deal.

Commanders General Manager Adam Peters said earlier Tuesday that the team is going to do everything it can to get Terry McLaurin signed to an extension.
