Voice actor for Tommy Vercetti also passed away within a year. As reported by TMZ, Tom Sizemore was rushed to the ER at 2 am on February 18 and was listed in critical condition.

In that capacity, at least, GTA 6 could reference Tommy Vercetti. That said, real-life events make this slightly more unlikely. Vercetti’s voice actor, Ray Liotta, sadly passed away in 2022.
