BOISE, Idaho — One person died, and another was injured when a helicopter crashed onto the ice at Ririe Reservoir Thursday afternoon, approximately 25 miles east of Idaho Falls. KTVB confirmed with the Bonneville County Coroner Shante Sanchez that the man who died is 59-year-old Bradford Brown from Alpine, Utah.

The Bonneville County Coroner has identified the individual killed in the southeast Idaho helicopter crash as a Utah County resident.Bradford Brown, 59, of Alpine, Utah was killed when his helicopter crashed into the frozen Ririe Reservoir,

The crash involved a Bell 505 helicopter and took place at the Ririe Reservoir. The coroner said Bradford Brown, 59, of Utah died in the crash.
