Chanel Maya Banks, the “Gossip Girl” actress who refuted her family’s claims that she had gone missing last month, has reportedly filed a restraining order against her mother and cousin. Banks, 36, submitted the restraining order request in a Los Angeles court on Thursday, according to TMZ.

Four separate welfare checks were made by LAPD, who began searching for her since she went no contact with her family on October 30.
