The Chicago Sky and Angel Reese have not had a good year so far. During the 2025 WNBA season to this point, the Sky hold a 7-19 record. On Tuesday night, Chicago was hoping to come through with a big road win against the Washington Mystics. That was not the case. Instead, the Sky ended up falling to the Mystics by a final score of 103-86.

The Chicago Sky lost their sixth consecutive game on Tuesday night. They fell to the Washington Mystics, 103-86, which resulted in the Sky suffering their 19 th loss in 26 games played this season. The Mystics, on the other hand, improved to 13-13, which was thanks in large part to incredible performances from rookies Sonia Citron and Kiki Iriafen.

Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese returned to the court Tuesday against the Washington Mystics after missing two games with a back injury. After the team's 103-86 road loss, Reese provided some thoughts on her return (2:35 mark).
