Burlington, Vt. — The FBI said Friday that it arrested a Washington state woman in the fatal shooting of a U.S. Border Patrol agent during a traffic stop in Vermont earlier this week.
Federal authorities say another person was killed during the incident while a third was injured and taken into custody.
A Washington state woman faces two felony charges stemming from the investigation into the death of Agent David C. Maland on Monday. She has not been charged with Maland’s killing.
