A Louisiana man accused of killing a therapist is set to appear in front of a grand jury. Terryon Thomas, 20, known as “Mr. Prada,” faces first-degree murder after being accused of killing 69-year-old William Abraham in September 2024.

Audubon, an Atlanta-based rental housing investment company, announced Thursday that it sold The Local on Severn, a 161-unit apartment complex in Metairie, for $17.6 million.
