A Japanese company is planning a 40-home luxury community in Summerlin West with prices starting at $1.4 million.

(Greensburg, IN) – Greensburg City Council voted 5-2 Tuesday night against the first reading of an ordinance to allow the annexation of nearly 12 acres into the city.

Plans call for a mix of residential and commercial properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, multifamily dwellings and up to 15,000 square feet of commercial space.
