A Worcester County mill building that was previously abandoned for more than 30 years is now being transformed into apartments in an area desperate for new housing.

HOLDEN, W.Va. (WCHS) — The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection said crews are close to finishing work on the abandoned mine that burst in the Holden area of Logan County.
