The Asheville-based energy company plans to spend $3 million to purchase and renovate the building at 172 S. Andrews Ave. in Hot Springs.

The Hot Springs Marketplace I and II, located at 3684 Malvern Ave., will host its 11th annual Spring Market outside of its storefront from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.
