HBO has started production on the “Harry Potter” TV series adaption. The network has said the show is set to debut in 2027 and will be “a faithful adaptation" of the books.

On Monday, the studio shared a first look at Dominic McLaughlin in his full Harry Potter attire. In the set photo shared, Mclaughlin is dressed in his Hogwarts uniform and is donning the character's iconic round glasses. The design is reminiscent of the uniforms used by Daniel Radcliffe and the rest of the original cast.

Rory Wilmot as Neville Longbottom; Amos Kitson as Dudley Dursley; Louise Brealey as Madam Rolanda Hooch; and Anton Lesser as Garrick Ollivander. HBO has also released a first look at young actor Dominic McLaughlin in costume as the iconic lead Harry Potter.
