Jalen Brunson has won the NBA's 2024-25 Clutch Player of the Year, the league announced Wednesday. Brunson joins De'Aaron Fox and Stephen Curry as the only winners of the award in its relatively brief history.

According to Knicks PR, Brunson's 12th 30-plus-point outing for New York ties him second overall in club history with Willis Reed. "Jalen Brunson scored 34 points tonight against Detroit. This marks his 12th career 30+ point playoff game as a Knick, which is tied with Willis Reed for the second-most in franchise history," Knicks PR shared.

Brunson beat out Edwards and Denver Nuggets centre Nikola Jokic for the award. He's the third winner since the NBA began handing out the award, joining De'Aaron Fox — the inaugural winner in 2022-23 —and Stephen Curry, who won last year.
