This Is The New Kia EV4, Shown In Sedan And Hatchack Forms
The new models join other existing Kia EV’s like the EV3, EV5, EV6, and EV9 SUV. Kia has yet to release any photos of the EV4’s cabin, but it should be similar to other Kia EVs. The company says the sedan and hatch versions will cater to different lifestyles of customers.
Kia Reveals Production-Ready EV4 Compact Electric Sedan
Kia hasn’t shared any technical details on the EV4 yet, but it likely rides on a version of the platform that underpins the Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6, as well as Kia’s EV6. The Ioniq 5 and EV6 offer battery packs capable of storing 63 or 84 kilowatt-hours of energy, good for range in excess of 300 miles, as well as a choice of rear- or all-wheel drive.
