A federal judge awarded $269K to ex-Edison School leader Nathan Tuttle, ruling he was wrongfully terminated without due process after racial slur accusations.

Former Edison CEO Nathan Tuttle was terminated after an incident involving the alleged use of a racial slur in March 2023. Tuttle will receive nearly $270,000.
