A Peak District village which has been overwhelmed by visitor traffic could see sweeping changes to parking regulations and route restrictions under new proposals from Derbyshire County Council.

Situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park, Castleton village has been attracting higher levels of visitors all year round over the past few years.
