An old Mercury truck was abandoned on his grandparents ... with the truck to make it mobile – all by horse trading for parts, being careful not to invest too much money in the old truck.

Fred Wagner bought a 1965 Mercury half-ton pickup truck in 1997 – but he didn’t drive it much until a couple of years ago. He had his eye on this truck ever since a friend in a car club bought it.
