Two men have been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting in Richmond that killed a 23-year-old man in January.

Richmond Police have made two arrests in the homicide that occurred in January on St. James Street. Detectives arrested Trayrell Tolliver, 27, of Richmond, and Darius Burgess, 23, of Petersburg, in connection with the Jan. 27 murder of Toney Garrett, 23, of Richmond.
