Samson’s Kitchen and Bar will be the first restaurant in the airport to feature table service, and is inspired by the east Belfast cranes which are located near to the airport.

The new restaurant – branded Samson’s Kitchen & Bar and inspired by Belfast’s iconic Samson and Goliath cranes – will serve a variety of locally inspired dishes.

The first, Goliath, was completed in July 1969 and was largely constructed by Harland and Wolff engineers, while the second, Samson, was built by Krupps and finished in May 1974.
