The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce has announced the ribbon cutting for the Ridge Street Dog Park. The official ceremony will take place on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at 225 Ridge St.

Nearly a year after a monument was stolen from a Knox County park, local officials gathered Wednesday for the unveiling of a replacement.

Joining the longstanding Festival on the Fourth at World's Fair Park, a new fireworks show will follow the Smokies game in downtown Knoxville.
