If Earth had no atmosphere like the Moon there would be no scattering, and the sky would remain black, even in daylight ...

All of that is theoretical because no one has even photographed a sunset on the moon. That will all change later this year when Firefly Aerospace sends its spacecraft, Blue Ghost, to the moon.
