Disney / Pixar will be releasing the new “Toy Story 5” film on June 19, 2026. Now we know who the villain of the next film will be, a Leap Pad adjacent character called Lillypad. For those that don’t remember the Leap Pad debuted in 1999 but gained popularity in the early 2000s.

At the Annecy Animation Festival, Pixar gave attendees a sneak peek at "Toy Story 5." This included an exclusive look at the highly-anticipated film's villain.

Alongside new looks and details about Toy Story 5 and Hoppers, Pixar has announced that Luca director Enrico Casarosa will lead the charge on Gatto, a film set in Venice, Italy, that follows a black cat named Nero who is indebted to a feline mob boss.
