A 34-year-old Utah man was recently arrested after police say he engaged in sexual acts with a 14-year-old child.

Drug task force agents raided a suspected psilocybin mushroom lab in Iron County on Wednesday and arrested a 45-year-old man on related drug and weapons charges.

Utah death row inmate Ralph Leroy Menzies is scheduled to be executed by firing squad just after midnight on Sept. 5.

Capacity at the existing jail is 362 people, including 150 at the work center. The need for space is likely to increase in coming decades.
